John Taylor is the CEO and Founder of Win AI Consulting and Founder & Managing Partner of Win Capital Group, an equity and debt investment firm he has led for over 16 years. With a career spanning more than four decades, John brings deep expertise in M&A advisory, capital formation, business restructuring, and enterprise strategy.
John founded WavMax Broadband Networks, scaling it into one of the largest wireless data networks in the Southwest before its successful acquisition by a private equity-backed firm in 2008. Earlier in his career, he led restructuring engagements at Pitney-Bowes and Mead-Lexis Nexis — where his work helped increase the value of the Lexis-Nexis subsidiary by 80% ahead of its acquisition by Reed-Elsevier.
Through TCM Inc., his family office and advisory firm, John has provided management consulting and investment guidance to businesses across industries for over 30 years.
He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, and Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, and an AI certification in Agentic AI, Business Strategy and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
